Poslední grandslamový turnaj tenisové sezóny se hraje v New Yorku (US OPEN). O víkendu trápilo tenisty velmi teplé a dusné počasí, které vrcholilo před frontálním systémem. Ve druhém týdnu by mělo převládat slunečné počasí beze srážek, s výjimkou dneška, kdy se ještě očekává zvětšená oblačnost a občasné srážky nebo i bouřky. Teploty zpočátku porostou až ke 28 st., postupně klesnou k 22 st. (pátek), o víkendu se bude znovu oteplovat.
