Přestože dnešní počasí letními hodnotami zrovna nehýří, pro rizikové skupiny obyvatelstva je zpravidla příjemnější než tropická vedra, která tolik zatěžují organismus. O pohodovosti dnešního dne vypovídá i bio zátěž, která je na nejnižším stupni, tedy pouze mírná. Dnešní stupeň zátěže umožňuje běžný denní režim bez omezení, pouze s přihlédnutím k aktuálnímu zdravotnímu stavu rizikových skupin.
