Česko podá žalobu

Kvůli snížení přídělu emisních povolenek o 14,8 procenta na roky 2008 až 2012 podá Česko žalobu na Evropskou komisi. Na svém mimořádném jednání o tom v pátek rozhodla vláda, ale Evropská komise považuje takové rozhodnutí za „nešťastné“. Žalobu navrhoval ministr průmyslu a obchodu Martin Říman. Česko žádalo roční limit na vypouštění emisí oxidu uhličitého 102 milionů tun ročně, komise však zemi odsouhlasila jen 86,8 milionu tun ročně. ČTK to řekl mluvčí MPO Tomáš Bartovský.
