Na jihu Evropy panují velmi vysoké teploty vzduchu, ale teplota moře tamější turisty také příliš neochladí, pohybuje se od 24 do 28 °C. Egyptská Hurghada hlásí dokonce 29 °C! Pokud míříte na Kanárské ostrovy, počítejte s teplotou moře kolem 23 °C, u samotného pobřeží Španělska a u Řecka 25 až 27 °C. Sicílie hlásí 28 °C, Francouzská riviéra, Itálie a Chorvatsko až 27 °C.
