Úterní maxima se vyšplhala až nad 27 °C, dnes se dočkáme možná až 28 °C. Oproti roku 2005 je to však nic. Před čtyřmi lety naměřilo pražské Klementinum 36,4 °C! A naopak nejchladnější 29. červenec byl zaznamenán v roce 1881, v Praze klesla rtuť teploměru na 9,3 °C. Průměrná teplota v Praze je podle dlouhodobého normálu 20,6 °C.
